Who are we?

We are an enthusiastic group of students from Aligarh Muslim University (India) united by a common thirst for the pursuit of technological advancements in autonomous underwater vehicles in particular and autonomous robotics in general.

We thrive on the idea of interdisciplinary engineering, i. e., students from all branches of engineering come together and bring with them their expertise and perspective, helping us achieve greater feats.

We work on and incorporate cutting-edge tech like artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and SLAM.

Our primary goal is to engineer a world-class AUV and participate in national and international challenges winning them while solving modern world problems. Secondarily, we work and research on important domains related to autonomous robotics and try to contribute to the ever-expanding field.

We have skilled computer, mechanical, electronics and electrical engineers as a part of our team.

Meet the team:

What we do?

We work primarily on autonomous underwater vehicles to participate in national and international competitions. We make our own vehicles from scratch using all the latest and cutting-edge tech we can get our hands on.

Additionally, all the members of our club work and research on various projects and technologies that can be potentially used in our vehicles to enhance performance and accuracy. These projects are pursued keeping in mind their benefit to the engineering and technology community as a whole.

Have a look at our vehicles:

Why do we do this?

We get a kick out of it! Period. And learn a hell lot from it too!

We are engineers and scientists to-be, what can be more exciting and challenging than getting hands-on experience solving modern world problems.

Moreover, we do have some achievements under our belts!

Our achievements:

SAVe 2019, Chennai

Top 5 nationwide!

NIOT 2019

SAUVC, Singapore

First international exposure! Selected to compete internationally.

Hult Prize
